At the consultation, we walk through your home and provide suggestions on how to maximize your home's assets. This process usually takes 60-90 minutes. A detailed report (or action plan) will be provided within 48 hours. If you should choose to continue with the process, we will return at a later date to implement the recommendations we made. This may include furniture rearranging to optimize space, neutralizing with paint color, de-cluttering, and accessorizing to create a designer look. After we transform your house into a model home, simply sit back and watch it sell quickly for top dollar.

Perhaps you have had to relocate and have left behind a vacant home that appears cold and uninviting to potential buyers. The Room Doctor can remedy the situation with our own inventory of stylish furnishings. We can furnish entire rooms or simply set up attractive vignettes to make your home show at its best.

$125.00 will be due at the initial staging consultation, which includes the cost of the comprehensive action plan.
Staging services are $75.00 per hour.  Monthly lease fees apply for rental of The Room Doctor's furnishings.
