Design to Sell Staging

Real Estate Home Staging

The Room Doctor Brochure (4.7 MiB, 438 hits)

When it comes time to sell your home, 76% of realtors recommend home staging. By using home staging, you will command a higher asking price for your home, as well as shorten the time it takes to secure a sale. Let The Room Doctor stage your home for resale and reduce this major stressor in your life.

At the consultation, we walk through your home and provide suggestions on how to maximize your home’s assets. This process usually takes 90-120 minutes. For an additional fee, a detailed report (or action plan) can be provided within 48 hours. This comprehensive plan will outline every detail you need to consider in order to make your home stand out from the rest.

If you should choose to continue with the staging process, we will return at a later date to implement the recommendations we made. This may include furniture rearranging to optimize space, neutralizing with paint color, and de-cluttering, and accessorizing to create a designer look. After we transform your house into a model home, simply sit back and watch it sell quickly for top dollar.

Perhaps you had to relocate and you left behind a vacant home that appears cold and uninviting to potential buyers. The Room Doctor can remedy the situation with our own inventory of stylish furnishings. We can furnish entire rooms or simply set up attractive vignettes to make your home show at its best.

Lisa Leonardi of The Room Doctor is the 2007 first place winner of the National Redesign Challenge for Best Vacant Staging.

Testimonials from Satisfied Staging Clients

Lisa is an artist! She can transform a plain house into a warm, inviting home. I have many satisfied homeowners and will be quick to recommend the “Dr.” often. Lisa also manages to get the job done in a timely fashion, even though she has a busy schedule. She is awesome!

I have had the privilege of working with Lisa Leonardi (AKA The Room Doctor) on several different projects. I can easily say that due to her expertise, each project ran very smoothly, professionally, and our mutual clients loved the results.

Thank you Lisa, for helping me sell these homes more quickly.

Thanks so much for all the help with the house. I received wonderful feedback on the “look” of the house inside and out. Trying to do all the oversight that was required to get the house ready to sell would have been very difficult given the fact that I live seven hours away. Your willingness to act as “project manager” and oversee the painting and power washing was greatly appreciated. If you ever need a reference, do not hesitate to call. Thanks again.

The Room Doctor delivers services that pay for itself. Lisa’s advice to my clients and staging of vacant homes have consistently produced sales in shorter periods of time and at higher than anticipated selling prices. They’re punctual, professional, and fairly priced. The end result is a home that shows well and appeals to the widest spectrum of prospective buyers.
All the best,
